Spinach Pineapple Cleanser

June 24, 2014 By Kris Kelly

Starting your day with a large glass of green juice is one of the easiest tricks to reset the body using targeted nutrition.  By choosing high-quality, organic vegetables and minimal fruit, you can create any number of concoctions giving your body the “cell-food” it needs. Our Spinach Pineapple Cleanser is life-giving and delicious.  I hope you’ll give it a try.

Benefits of spinach:
Rich in iron – Contains more iron than most other greens
Rich in potassium, folic acid, and magnesium
Rich in lutein – helps in the prevention of macular degeneration

Organic Girl Baby Spinach

Using the semi-homemade approach to food preparation is extremely helpful for those of us who need to get going in a hurry.  As you already know from several of my other posts, I absolutely love Organic Girl greens.  Today we’ve used their Baby Spinach in our green juice.
