I’m not sure if it’s possible to live in San Diego without a Guacamole addiction! Our Organic Guacamole is easy to make and goes with just about everything. Most people serve this creamy Mexican dip with a big bag of their favorite chips, however, it’s always fun to reach outside of your comfort zone and start pairing guacamole with a few of your other favorite foods.

Ingredients
- 4 ripe avocados
- 1 tablespoon Ume plum vinegar
- 2 small or 1 large clove garlic, pressed
- Juice of 1/2 lime (or more if needed)
- 1/4 finely diced red onion
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- Optional: 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- Optional: 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Cut avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop flesh into bowl.
- Mash avocado and lime juice with a potato masher.
- Fold in all other ingredients.
- Refrigerate before serving.
- Enjoy!
